A kick start to get you on the path towards your healthiest you.  The VIP Day is perfect for those women who do best with an immersion style of coaching.  Together, we will put together a program that will give you the tools needed for greater health and happiness.

Imagine spending an entire day (7 hours) learning exactly what YOU need to become your healthiest you?  Spend the entire day with Robyn and get ready to be transformed.

A day in the city to focus on yourself and your health.  Leave feeling both rejuvenated and energized.

How It Works:

  • We start with a 60-minute initial consultation over the phone before the VIP Day.
  • The morning is spent coaching and creating a daily action plan and guide that will work for your needs and goals.
  • A delicious and healthy lunch together
  • I customize 2 or 3 recipes for you and we go shopping!  I will give you an in-depth tour of a local health food store with my recommendations, shortcuts, boosters… everything you ever wanted.
  • We will take the groceries to my apartment and I provide hands-on cooking instruction as we make your recipe.
  • You end up with your own recipe as well as a workbook with additional recipes and cooking charts.
  • We end with a 20-minute follow up call scheduled after our session together.

Plus, you will get access to my Virtual Library that’s packed with resources, recipes, handouts and more.

One of the first steps to becoming your healthiest you is knowing what to shop for and what to leave behind.  During your Kitchen Confidence In Person session (3 hours), we will visit my local health food store and shop for ingredients together.  Afterward we’ll head back to my kitchen for a private cooking lesson where you’ll learn how to make all your new foods into fabulous and delicious creations of your own.

  • We start with a 50-minute initial consultation and assessment over the phone before our session.
  • I customize 2 or 3 recipes for you and we go shopping!  I will give you an in-depth tour of a local health food store with my recommendations, shortcuts, boosters… everything you ever wanted.
  • We will take the groceries to my apartment and I provide hands-on cooking instruction as we make your recipe.  You can eat it or take it home.
  • You end up with your own recipe as well as a workbook with additional recipes and cooking charts.
  • We end with a 20-minute follow up call scheduled after our session together.

Day in the Life is a totally customized and personalized plan.  We take all the dietary theories out there and give you what to apply, what is doable for you and what is the best for your body.

This session can be customized for weight loss, weight gain, gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, family/picky people, dropping the last ten pounds and more!
