Maximum Nutrition in Minimal Time

Robyn, a holistic health coach, will demonstrate how to get the maximum amount of nutrition in a minimal amount of time, while Alycia, an exercise physiologist, will also speak about how to Empower Your Body with simple, yet thorough workouts that can fit into even the busiest of schedules.
The event will be held October 28th, 2012 from 7p.m. – 9p.m. Attendees will learn what it means to truly be healthy and how to make smarter daily decisions in order to be a healthier you. Participants will be instructed on how to:
- Prepare healthy foods ahead of time
- Eat well balanced meals “on the go”
- Understand digestion and the grains, greens, and protein we eat
- Improve the morale, productivity, and overall well-being at work
- Prepare a nutritious fruit smoothie and delicious quinoa recipe
Modiani Kitchens is located on 46 South Dean St. Englewood, NJ. Parking is located behind the building in the parking garage. Parking stubs will be validated.
Appetizers and networking from 6-7 p.m. The presentations will take place from 7-9 p.m, concluding with a Q&A session.
